Bradford on Avon - "Thank you for the Rain" Wednesday 10th June 7pm - doors open at 6.30pm @ St Margarets Hall, BA15 1DE Climate Friendly Bradford will be showing a very recent short video (11mins) by Patrick Kaberia Muthaura the well known Kenyan Fairtrade Tea Farmer, highlighting the severe drought in Kenya and the serious effects on the local population's food supplies. This will precede the screening of the full-length (2hourse)collaborative film “Thank you for the Rain”: made by Kisilu usya, a Kenyan farmer, climate fighter and video diarist, and Julia Dahr, a Norwegian filmmaker and activist. |
