This is a Private Extension to the Event Programme designed to engage young people
in the organisation and set-up of the two events
Students from The John Bentley School and St Mary's School Calne will collaborate in the following activities:
Design and Creation of Promotional Materials for the Events
Students from St Mary's and The John Bentley School working together
at St Mary's Graphics Arts Department
Involvement in final planning for the Events
and
Exhibition of Photography - Infrastructure
Eight year 11/12 Students from The John Bentley School
Setup of Artistic and Technical infrastructure & Photographic Documentation of the Setup Tasks
Tuesday 9th October @ 3.30pm - 8pm & Wednesday 10th October @ 3.30pm - 6pm
Live Audience Event - Infrastructure
Re-organisation of the Setup of Artistic and Technical infrastructure with Photographic Documentation ready for the evening Event
Saturday 13th October @ 12.00Noon - 5.00pm
Involvement in some of the technical control during the event
